Absolute crooks! They cancelled my holiday because they made an error in the amount of discount they applied, then went on to blame me for not realising it was an unrealistic discount, 3 kids in tears as their holiday isn’t happening now, no compensation or good Will gestures! Just we will refund the money you paid! Well gee wiz thanks hoseasons! Completely unsympathetic for their mistake! But wait for it I can still keep my holiday if I pay x4 the amount it was advertised for!
