Made a booking with them. They took payment immediately and then notified us the booking wasn't available as the park was doing refurbishment works. How can they not know this? And why is it still available to book now?
We had the choice of alternative locations or our money back in 5 days!! Considering we had booked it for Monday and now it was Saturday, our options were limited.
A very poor start to anyone's break away. Wouldn't rush to use their website again in fear of booking something that isn't even available.
