Booked and payed in full for Lodge at Woolley hole but 3 weeks before the start went into Hospital and had Major Surgery
Phoned to ask if date could be moved to a different time Advisor said no and lost nearly £700
But no doubt they managed to fill it and so gain money in all ways won’t book with them again
