Booked and paid online but didn't receive any confirmation email. Waited about a week and then phoned Hoseasons who said the booking had not gone through and the holiday lodge I wanted to book was not available. I was offered an upgrade to a superior lodge at the same price as the original booking. Really friendly efficient service. No argument and still a good price for a half term holiday.
