I booked over the phone after looking on the internet and the staff i spoke to and who completed my booking was extremely helpful and friendly and understood my needs , I had some vouchers to redeem so they arranged me to receive an address to send them and emailed me when the vouchers had been refunded to my booking card as they promised , the price was extremely good value for money with a great offer on at the time of my booking , wouldnt book a cabin break with anyone else as tried others before and it was not as easy quick and friendly
