Same experience as everyone else here - park closed, no refund, rebooking only at almost double the price, no contact by email or phone.
May I quote our Prime Minister: "I dislike it [profiteering] very much, and I do not want to see people profiteering or exploiting people's need at a critical time and a national emergency."
Hoseasons, if you still want to exist after this crisis, you better take a different stance.
