Hoseasons closed the park due to COVID - 19. I asked for refund as couldn't book any future dates with them (as i don't have a crystal ball) and automatically told that they cannot offer refunds, before checking I had bought the cancellation insurance policy!!
Robbing company, please use your head and DO NOT BOOK WITH HOSEASONS - very poor customer service with no compassion for its customers.
