Absolutely disgusting!
Refusing to refund, they cancelled on the morning of our travel, I told them I have no money for food with these new circumstances and they totally refuse to give me MY money back after I was told on the phone I would get a refund!!! I WILL NOT LEAVE THIS!! Vile treatment!!!
