After receiving a cancellation from Hoseasons I eventually was able to speak to someone who insisted it was company policy that no refunds would be provided. In the current climate like many they are obviously trying to retain cash but, Hoseasons, this is not the way to do it. If your company does make it through the crisis you will lose a great deal of customers and I like many that have losted will make sure all are aware on social media. Do not only do the right thing but also the legal thing and refund those who have lost.
