Our holiday got cancelled due to the Covid-19 outbreak. They didn’t contact us within 7days as they promised on the cancellation email. We spent 3 days trying to get through to them to be refused a refund. They said we can transfer to a different date, won’t honour the price or the discount we initially received, meaning we’ve either got to lose out on the money we’ve paid or pay double even triple to change dates & we still may potentially not be able to go on it! I know it’s not their fault but it isn’t ours either. They’ve stitched everyone up & got us all over a barrel. Never known much horrendous customer service from a company.
