Absolutely shocking- Hoseasons you are a disgrace!
I waited 50 minutes to then speak to an abrupt ( putting it mildly) female who told me I will not be reimbursed & the majority of people have accepted another date- would appear untrue glancing at other reviews!
We will obviously be taking the matter further via our card company as surely under eu law we have the right to full compensation.
Used this company many times in the past... never again...
