received a email saying my holiday was cancelled on 19th March saying hoeseasons would be in touch. I have been waiting on them contacting me regarding the cancelled holiday. As I was due to arrive 30th March i find it ridiculous that you have still not been back in touch with me. website states you are concentrating on the bookings a week in advance. I understand this is difficult circumstances however 11days have past and still no Reply to emails or contact. Still awaiting to hear and receive full refund. Avoid this company
