Paid £900 plus for a short break away over Easter. Hoseasons refused to refund and said they will transfer money towards another holiday. I told them that I had a contract for a service which they were not giving and therefore, I am entitled to a full refund.
Contacted my credit card company for a refund as they share joint liability. Credit card company require name of person I spoke to on phone and reference number.
What they are doing does not comply with consumer rights and therefore, I am entitled to a full refund.
DO NOT re-book with this company as there is a strong possibility that they will enter into administration in the near future and you will loose your money.
