Would give no star if possible. Absolutely terrible customer service. No response from them despite our holiday being booked for the 27th Mar. No reply to my email. In a queue on the phone for 90 minutes and they refused to refund my £1400 owed. Disgusting, greedy company as the actual park are offering full refunds if I had booked directly with them. They will no doubt be claiming every penny they can get from the government too. Their call handlers must be getting so much abuse as one I spoke to sounded tearful and said she wished they could give refunds. I was polite but stated my rights. I feel my money is lost as the company will go under and the vouchers will be worthless
