Holiday cancelled by Hoseasons. Have battled for 4 weeks to get refund but refused. Truly cruel customer care in this time of great distress. Surely a holiday business is only as good as its customers ?
On this basis Hoseasons will surely go bust.
Take this advice: Holiday with Hoseasons at your PERIL!!( Would liked to have given a negative rating.....)
