Disgusting company who have no thought or care for customers
Yes they are an agent and are not the ones that are providing our holiday but when the park you should have stayed at confirms it was Hoseasons who cancelled the holiday and thry have received no money from them it's pretty clear who has my money and it's not me !!!
I've been refused a refund and offered a voucher with no protection for a holiday I did not cancel
Avoid this company at all cost I like many other will never use this company again !!!
