Oh dear HOSEASONS you are doing so much damage to yourselves. Your just not handling this crisis at all. Now come on treat your customers well and you will get repeat business but the way your going your getting rid of us all. I am particularly upset because I even paid an extra Insurance against cancellation because we had hoped to take our grand children ( so we thought well just in case ) and their Mother who particularly needed a break being an NHS Doctor. We all realise it will take time but just give us, your customers some confirmation and advise that you will refund our money within a timescale as stated by law. All it takes is an email to all your customers, after all we are Only asking for our own money to be refunded. We don’t want compensating just our own money refunded ! So come on save your company and start to do the right thing.
