Had a holiday booked with Hoseasons 6th April 2020, had been trying to make contact weeks prior to this date and still have nothing from them other than an unwanted limited voucher offer and we’re now in May!
Appalling conduct and completely inept in dealing with this situation. I know I’m not alone in this disgraceful treatment after scanning through hundreds of other reviews about Hoseasons online and social media. How anyone will have confidence to book through this company in the future is beyond me.
