We were supposed to be on holiday this week but due to the pandemic situation (like many others) it was cancelled and an evoucher automatically issued. Due to my husband being furloughed and the financial difficulty that has caused we have been trying to get the money refunded for over a week now. We have requested call backs using the manage booking system no one ever phones, we have tried ringing many times only to be on hold for hours or to get cut off. We have always used hoseasons to book lodge holidays for our family but never will again and nor will any of our wider family. We will be requesting a charge back and suggest others do too.
