I have had some great holidays with Hoseasons in the past. this refers to the holiday I canceled today. The site I was due to visit in September has declared that all amenities are closed for the rest of the year, so not a lot of point in going! But still loosing my full deposit even though the site ,advertised as a full holiday experience by Hoseasons is mostly closed! Hoseasons couldn't be less interested!
What has happened to a once great holiday institution?
Come on Hoseasons everything in writing still? Its 2020 not 1952!
