Absolutely darned awful company. Admit liability to a Court of Law, dismiss the admission as a mistake , refuse to pay. After raising a second small claims court they paid up.
I reckon the CMA must still be on their case.
Small claims court is I feel still the best bet as there seems to be less of the fictional "5 star rubbish” showing up on the site from the RFRG (‘Random Fake Number Generator”) they seem to be using to magically convert "one star” into "five stars!"
