Booked in 2019 to go to a lodge April 2020. Cancelled in March because of COVID. It is now July and after emailing at least once a week, ringing the phone line which never ever connects, and messaging privately and publicly on Twitter and Facebook, not ONE email or response back to me. Disgusted that they were at first refusing to refund and now ignoring customers that are trying to rearrange/get refunds. Considering I have been asking since March this is not too much to ask. Price are also double what they were pre-covid so it’s not like the holiday cancelled can be moved dates - you would have to pay the difference of the new price.
