No communication possible. After being 'on hold' for several hours, they just stop the connection. That is going on for a week now.
I tried to contact them a day before my payment was due, as discussed with them earlier, but there is no way to get in contact with them again. AND I REALLY TRIED EVERYTHING!
Now I had to pay more than 3000 pounds for a holiday I cannot attend, since the Dutch goverment does not allow me to go on a holiday in the UK.
