Could not get hold of anyone to actually discuss my booking despite using Facebook, messenger, phone (MANY times for a LONG time, Twitter and online message via website. Atrocious customer service during a pandemic, compared to other agents. Accepted in the end to lose the deposit to cut our losses as with such appalling experiences of other customer was not prepared to lose more this year. Hope you get it sorted for the future Hoseasons!!
