Text sent 10 days before the holiday saying that they had been trying to get hold of me (as it wasn't by phone or email I guess that telepathy is their chosen method) and my holiday was cancelled - no reason given.
I phoned and the girl who I eventually spoke to was really apologetic, she said it wasn't good enough, she asked if I wanted a refund - I said the text said that had happened - Oh no, you have to ask for it! She did offer to try and relocate me but wasn't hopeful as it is the same everywhere!
Will we use Hoseasons again - no!
