those negative reviews were about a new feature to the comments section that everyone hated, not because they 'broke rules' so shove your analogy. and that condescending review was obvioulsy written by staff as damage control because why would anyone else bother writing that. its incredibly dismissive of the negative feedback, which is not uncommon in this place, the staff are a bunch of damage control lunatics, you must be a troublemaker yourself to spend so much time on sites full of troublemakers, just accept that the trustpilot score went down to 3.9 and there's nothing you can do about it
