NEVER use this service. I put my address into the appropriate fields, and received confirmation emails from both hungryhouse as well as paypal, and then I waited. And waited. Finally after the food was officially late, I attempted to contact their customer service only to wait for ten f@#king minutes to actually get someone on the phone. I THEN learned that apparently for whatever reason only the postcode had been received by the restaurant. WHY was I not contacted? If there was a problem or a difficulty in finding my location, wouldn't it be in hungryhouse's interest to try and track me down? Why did I, the consumer, have to be the one to get in touch with THEM? When I finally spoke with someone, he was flippant, unconcerned, and generally just rather snide. Could have cared less whether I received my order or not (which by the way I did not...it was "canceled" without my knowledge or consent.) I will absolutely never use this service again, and will happily turn to their competitors. I don't doubt that they'll be out of business soon regardless.
