I paid £39.99 for a bunch of flowers called 'Starburst'. The flowers that got delivered were insubstantial in size and comparable to what you would pay £10 for in a supermarket. Customer service have dismissed my complaint as they say the flowers are of good quality and to value. For £39.99 I expected more and next time, I will stick to Tescos. I would not recommend this company if you want a product that reflects what you paid.
