Order placed 3 weeks ago and the good are still not dispatched.
I've raised 2 support tickets both with generic responses and I"m unable to raise a third because they have a technical issue with their recaptcha stopping the log in page from working.
Without live chat or an email address i'm not sure whether I'll ever receive the good or a refund.
