Absolutely useless. Do not use them. I ordered a gift on 11 November which was supposed to be delivered "5-7 days later". I am still waiting! Have tried to cancel the order and they said they would try to refund me but couldn't guarantee to as my order was possibly in dispatch. But accessing my account it is still "processing".
Is review as I haven't received it and there is no way to complete the questions.
