I ordered prints and a door mat 5 WEEKS AGO and i am still waiting for my order. IWOOT state 2-3 days for standard delivery this is cleary untrue.
Customer services are absolutely rubbish and just send scripted answers 'we are working around the clock' 'we have every intention of fulfilling your order ASAP'
'we cant give dispatch date' etc etc etc. The company are still advertising the same delivery times and its completely misleading and unfair to consumers. I would not recommend this company.
