I never received my order, so you're probably wonder why the 4 stars??
Well, I contacted CS through their website and they CS was great for me. I followed all the instructions for not receiving my package listed in their FAQ. They always got back to me within 48 hours and eventually refunded my order.
I think with everything going on, a little understanding and a little patience goes a long way.
