I ordered some ladies coloured socks on 17 Nov. What arrived was a toy ATM moneybox. Since then have swapped emails to no effect. Have asked how to return wrong product and get my money back.
Each time I actually get a reply they say item is with their delivery company. All emails are clearly computer generated and do not address the issues raised.
