Absolutely appalling service. Ordered a Nintendo switch for my daughter for Xmas which should of arrived on the 9th December. The contact number for them does not work so finally got in touch through Facebook messenger and they took a few days to reply saying that Hermes had sent it back to them ( even though Hermes never received it) and have issued me a refund which takes 3 to 5 days which I’m sceptical that I will even receive it. I do not have another 200 pounds to buy this again in time for Xmas so my daughter now has no Xmas present to open Xmas day.
