I ordered a Christmas jumper from IWOOT on 30 October, I chased them on 28 November as I had not received the jumper or any communications. I received a response blaming their supplier and didn't know when I could expect my item. On 18 December, I requested a refund as I had bought a replacement elsewhere. On 28 December, I then received the (now unwanted) Christmas jumper and no refund! I have since contacted them, again requesting a refund. I then get a copy paste email with no apology of how to return the item, informing me that I have to pay for postage and packaging and recommending I pay for recorded delivery! Terrible, terrible customer experience!! I gave them one star as zero wasn't an option.
