Awful company, bad customer service.
I ordered a new slushy machine, I decided to cancel it within an hour of purchansing. There is no way to change your mind once Payment is Processed. I finally got a hold of someone there three days later and they said sorry it’s already in shipping which was a lie that I could see through tracking.
Received the machine from them, it was broken and falling apart, and now there’s no way to communicate with this company. Don’t buy anything from here. What a mess
