I ordered goods on the 16th Oct. I wrote a month later asking when they would be dispatched. They took several days to figure out where the goods where. Eventually they gave up and decided to declare it lost (I suspect it was never dispatched but they didn’t want to admit that). Then they kept saying they would get back to me, or they will send them. It is now over a week later - no goods have been dispatched but they are not giving a refund either. The goods are gifts for my children and now will not arrive in time. They seem completely un-phased. So so terrible.
