Ordered an item for Christmas in November and still not received it. I have now tried to cancel as I have had to buy this item elsewhere but told I can’t cancel as it’s in dispatch, which it clearly isn’t as I’ve had no dispatch information and on the tracking it just says ‘processing’. So annoyed with this company and useless customer service which take days to get back to you. Please do not use
