Please read reviews before buying from this company. I ordered a children's telescope and t-shirt bundle on the 29th November as a Christmas present for my nephew. The t-shirt arrived separately and there was no sign of the telescope. I have exchanged multiple message with the company only for them to claim the item was signed for despite me showing them proof from the delivery company the item (t-shirt only) was posted through the letterbox. I have photographic evidence that the item was not fully delivered and the company will not accept accountability, incredibly frustrating. Sadly, this is the reason most people use Amazon. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
