Ordered christmas sweaters for christmas 10th december and delivery terms where 3-6 days.
it is today 21 december and the items havent even been sent yet.
As soon as i pushed order it went into awaiting dispatch status and could not be cancelled. When i contacted them to cancel i got a generic reply with the same answer that it is in dispatch progress and can not be cancelled FRAUD, and worst company ever.
