i sent my daughters switch back way before xmas and iv had so many different answers saying they haven't received and then saying i had 40 days to report missing item!
i sent proof that i sent it back and they received 22nd december and stillw
waiting for a refund all i keep getting told is that there raising it with the right team 3-5 days they shoul get back to you , absolutely shocking!
