I purchased 2 sets of Bluetooth Headphones. The volume controls on each were defective. I contacted customer services 3 times over 2 weeks to get return information, with no response. I opened a PayPal dispute and that actually elicited a response (very aggressive). PayPal found in my favour and I was refunded, but no thanks to IWOOT. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole!
