I would advise everyone not to buy from these people, I ordered products twice by mistake. I then tried to cancel one of the orders but told me I couldn’t, when I received the items I returned one order only to pay £13 pounds at the post office. I have been chasing them for a month for my refund also sending them copies of my postage receipt and either don’t hear from them or they tell me they didn’t receive it. I will be contacting the police as they have basically stolen from me and the customer service is just a joke !!!!
