Not a great experience, contacted them with query when my order hadn't arrived. It is a pain to contact them in the first place having to download a form to upload as well as emailing through their website- why can't you just email them like every other company? And although had a very quick response it was rather dismissive not actually very helpful. Would not use again if can get items elsewhere!
