I placed an order over a week ago expecting a 1 to 2 day delivery. Since last week I've been in contact with 6 different staff (so they say, I think different names are used to sign off the generic responses) I've no idea if my order is being dispatched. Apparently the Customer Service team are getting in contact. I WANT A REFUND. A RIDICULOUS COMPANY
