I really hope you have the sense/luck to read these reviews of IWOOT and NEVER BUY from them, I wish I had known! I have same story as everyone else - bought £80 of Star Wars tops for my son on 29th November, card charged immediately, absolutely no sign of the goods, can only email the slow customer service and in any case I was told I can’t cancel the order as it has been ‘processed’ even though no sign of any despatch! Can’t believe this could be legal. IWOOT are owned by The Hut Group so I won’t be buying anything from them again.
