Seems like I've had the same experience as everyone else! Placed an order for a couple of Xmas jumpers on the 29th of November, still no sign and customer services are absolutely dreadful. Got told a week ago that it would be with me 'shortly', but still no sign of them even being dispatched! Definitely won't be using again.
