Product related in no way to their sizing. So far too small. I e mailed to request returning. They took over a week to e mail me a returns form. They kept e mailing to say they would e-mail the form?! Why not attach when e-mailing. Eventually I had form so I returned the item paying for a tracked signed for service. I can see they have the item on the Royal Mail site. I can see they have signed. But do you think I have my money back. No!!!! Con merchants
