0 star!!!! Ordered Christmas stuff for my daughter. Was supposed to dispatch on 9th-10th of December. Of course there was a delay. The customer rep emailed and said they would refund if I want but from her end it looks like it would ship in the next few days, so I decided to wait. I emailed again after a few days and asked for the refund but no response!!! I am so angry!! I don't know why I ordered from them. It looks like a sham company! Do NOT order from them...you will be conned!!
