Ordered a jumper on the 2nd December which was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas Jumper Day. Emailed on the 12th to be told it would be with me in 7 days but that came and went. Have now been told its being shipped on the Saturday before Christmas nearly 3 weeks after I ordered. I'll never shop with them again.
